It produces less sulfur dioxide, ammonia nitrogen compounds and dust.Production process: crusher process - drying process - pellet process - cooling process - packaging process.Production equipment: crusher, hammer mill shredder, roller screen, mixer, dryer, biomass pellet mill, dust collector, cooling machine, vibrating screen, packaging machine, etc.

Auxiliary equipment: conveyor, iron remover, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse.

The biomass pellet production line is a device that recycles wood chips, corn stover, wood shavings, bark and waste materials from lumber mills.The formed pellet fuel has the characteristics of high burning value, high density, green environmental protection and convenient transportation. The volume of the pellets after molding is 1/8 of the volume of the raw material, the density is 0.8-1.5, and the calorific value can reach 3400~6000 kcal. Biomass pellet machine is a new type of bioenergy equipment, is a good choice for turning waste into treasure.
